The Opportunity Join a supportive and student‑focused Learning Support team where you will:
Teach two curriculum subjects aligned with your strengths
Develop and implement Personalised Learning Plans (PLPs)
Provide Individual Pathway Support (IPS) for students with diverse needs
Collaborate with teachers to embed inclusive classroom practices
Work closely with families, support staff, and external agencies
Contribute to a culture of equity, dignity, and holistic student development
About You You are a compassionate and skilled Special Education teacher who:
Holds relevant teaching qualifications
Is QCT registered (or eligible)
Has experience supporting students with learning, behavioural, or developmental needs
Demonstrates strong communication, collaboration, and case management skills
Brings patience, structure, and a commitment to inclusive education
