About the Role:

Prospero Teaching is excited to partner with a Reggio Emilia-inspired Early Learning Centre in St Kilda to offer a fantastic opportunity for Assistant Educators. We are looking for passionate individuals who are committed to delivering high-quality education and care in an environment that fosters growth, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.

As an Assistant Educator, you will:

  • Support the implementation of the Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum, fostering inquiry-based and play-driven learning.
  • Build and maintain strong, respectful relationships with children and families.
  • Assist in creating a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for all children.
  • Provide regular updates on children's progress and participate in reflective practices to enhance learning.

Your Qualifications & Skills:

We are seeking applicants who have:

  • An approved ACECQA qualification Cert 3 or Diploma or are working towards one.
  • A valid Working with Children Check (Employee).
  • First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training (or the ability to obtain).
  • A passion for early childhood education, child development, and commitment to child safety.
  • Australian working rights (Visa/Passport).
