The opportunity

Join a collaborative and dedicated Secondary Faculty where you will:

• Teach Business Studies across Years 11 and 12
• Deliver engaging and relevant lessons that connect theoretical concepts with real-world business contexts
• Inspire students to develop critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Prepare students for success in HSC Business Studies examinations
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes academic excellence
• Monitor student progress and use data-driven practices to improve outcomes
• Contribute to curriculum planning, faculty initiatives, and continuous improvement practices
• Participate in the wider life of the school through pastoral care and co-curricular activities

About you

You are a passionate and committed educator who:

• Holds recognised secondary teaching qualifications
• Is NESA accredited (or eligible for accreditation)
• Has experience teaching Business Studies, preferably at Stage 6 level
• Demonstrates strong curriculum knowledge and effective classroom management skills
• Has the ability to engage, motivate, and inspire students
• Maintains high expectations for student achievement and behaviour
• Values collaboration and contributes positively to a professional team environment
• Is committed to ongoing professional growth and development
