Prospero Teaching is thrilled to partner exclusively with one of Victoria's leading childcare organisations to find a dynamic and forward-thinking Centre Director for their exceeding service.
About the Service:
This beautifully designed centre is equipped with all the amenities to make staff life enjoyable and efficient. With free car parking and excellent public transport accessibility, it provides a comfortable and convenient working environment. The service boasts a low staff turnover, a stable and high-performing leadership team, and ample resources to sustain its success.

If you are an experienced assistant director with to do attitude and looking for career growth, they have curriculum head and operations manager to support the Centre director to run the service. 
Position Details:

• Role: Centre Director
• $2000 Sign in bonus 
• Hours: Full-time, 38 hours per week
• Salary: 95k to 100k

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage the centre effectively.
• Report directly to the operations manager and attend regular monthly meetings.
• Ensure high standards in early childhood education and care.

Essential Requirements: 

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
• Certifications: Level 2 First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certification.
• Clearances: WWCC and/or Victorian Institute of Teaching card.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years as a Centre Director or Assistant Director 
• Right to Work: Must be eligible to work in Australia.

Skills and Competencies: 

• Strong leadership and self-motivation skills.
• Effective time management and communication skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively with children, parents, staff, and senior management.
• Specialist knowledge in early childhood development and education.
