Role Summary: As a Centre Manager at our partnered centre in Lalor, you will be:
- Managing daily operational tasks, including rostering, presentation, programming, marketing, events, and communications
- Managing the effectiveness of the centre with regards to the health and well-being of the children and staff
- Working closely with internal & external teams and community groups to develop children's and parent education for lifelong learning for children
- Maintaining documents and records in accordance with Centre Policies and licensing Regulations
- Assisting the centre to keep the QIP active and updated
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Centre Manager
- Experience working with children and families from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
- Experience developing and managing staff rosters, working with centre budgets
- Solid computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft packages; proficiency in the use of QIKKIDS and Time Target, or similar systems
