About the Opportunity
This is a full-time leadership position overseeing a licensed early learning service catering for over 100 children. The centre is well resourced and already has key leadership positions in place, including a dedicated 2IC and Educational Leader, allowing you to focus on leading the service, developing your team and driving future growth.
You'll be supported by an experienced operational team across People & Culture, Quality & Compliance, Pedagogy and Operations, ensuring you have the tools and guidance needed to succeed.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing visible, supportive leadership to your team.
Building a positive and inclusive centre culture.
Supporting educator development, engagement and retention.
Growing enrolments and strengthening community relationships.
Maintaining high standards of quality, compliance and child safety.
Managing rosters, budgets and operational performance.
Creating a welcoming environment for children, families and staff.
About You
We're looking for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and enjoys leading from the front.
You'll ideally bring:
Previous experience as a Centre Manager or Assistant Centre Manager ready to step up.
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards.
Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
A collaborative and positive approach to team development.
Commercial awareness with the ability to balance quality outcomes and operational performance.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
