You'll work alongside an experienced support network to recruit your foundation team, prepare the service for opening, engage with local families and establish a high-quality learning environment from day one.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading the successful opening of a brand-new early learning service.
Recruiting, onboarding and developing a high-performing foundation team.
Creating a positive, collaborative and child-safe culture.
Building strong relationships with families and the local community.
Driving enrolments and supporting sustainable occupancy growth.
Implementing compliant systems, rosters and operational processes.
Embedding the organisation's educational philosophy, values and quality expectations.
Preparing the service for Assessment and Rating.
Establishing strong financial and operational performance from the outset.
About You
You'll be an experienced leader who enjoys building services, developing people and creating exceptional outcomes for children and families.
You'll ideally bring:
Previous experience as a Centre Manager or an experienced Assistant Centre Manager ready for the next step.
Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards.
Outstanding leadership and coaching skills.
Experience building positive team cultures.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Commercial awareness with a passion for delivering high-quality education and care.
