Teaching allocation may include:
Design & Technology – Years 7–10
Product Design / Materials / Technology electives
Project-based and practical design learning
Contribution to innovation, STEM, and maker programs across year levels
Hold relevant secondary teaching qualifications (e.g., B.Ed., M.Teach) with a Technology/Design specialisation
Be registered or eligible for registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)
Demonstrate strong practical workshop and design-based teaching skills
Create engaging hands-on learning experiences for students
Promote creativity, innovation, and problem-solving in the classroom
Contribute positively to the broader school community and student wellbeing
A collaborative and supportive staff culture
Modern facilities supporting design, technology, and practical learning
