The Opportunity
Join a dynamic, collaborative, and forward‑thinking Senior School Leadership Team where you will:
Provide strategic and instructional leadership across Years 7–12.
Lead a coherent, research‑informed approach to curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment.
Oversee a vertically aligned Years 7–12 curriculum.
Drive high‑impact teaching practices and evidence‑based learning.
Support and mentor teachers and middle leaders.
Lead professional learning, coaching, and staff development.
Ensure alignment with QCAA requirements and best‑practice assessment.
Integrate a Christian worldview into curriculum and pedagogy.
Contribute to whole‑school strategic planning and continuous improvement.
Build strong relationships with staff, students, and families.
Promote student wellbeing, identity formation, and holistic development.
About You You are a relational, visionary, and faith‑driven leader who:
Holds relevant tertiary teaching qualifications.
Is QCT registered (or eligible).
Has demonstrated leadership experience in secondary learning and teaching.
Brings deep knowledge of Years 7–12 curriculum, QCAA frameworks, and pedagogical best practice.
Has experience leading curriculum design, assessment, and instructional improvement.
Demonstrates exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Is committed to Christian education and aligns with the College’s statement of faith.
Thrives in a collaborative, innovative, and high‑expectation environment.
(Desirable) Holds postgraduate qualifications in educational leadership or curriculum.
(Desirable) Has experience in school review, accreditation, or improvement frameworks.
