Salary: $80,000 – $118,000 + superannuation (based on experience and qualifications)

The Drama Teacher Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Drama teacher to join our dedicated team starting Term 3, 2026. In this role, you will:
- Teach Drama to Years 7–12, delivering both theoretical and practical components.
- Lead engaging and dynamic lessons that explore various drama techniques, performance styles, and media.
- Foster creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking in students.
- Support project-based learning through performance productions, assessments, and class activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning, cross-curricular projects, and school events.
- Create a supportive, inclusive, and inspiring classroom environment that encourages student growth and self-expression.
Key Drama Teacher requirements
- VIT registration or eligibility to teach in Victoria.
- Relevant teaching qualification in Drama, Theatre Arts, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of drama theory, performance techniques, and classroom management.
- Excellent communication, organisational skills, and passion for teaching.
- Ability to inspire and support students in their creative development.
