Prospero Teaching is proud to be partnering with a Early Childhood centre seeking to recruit an exceptional Centre Director to lead their well-established early learning centre in the beautiful coastal town in Western Australia.
This centre is a welcoming, community-focused early learning service providing high-quality education and care for children aged 0–6 years. With a strong reputation for creating a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment, the centre is committed to supporting every child to thrive.
Licensed for 30 places, the service has a dedicated team of educators and a collaborative culture where quality care, relationships and professional growth are genuinely valued.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader to take ownership of a well-established centre and make a real impact.
As Centre Director, you will:
Lead the day-to-day operations of the service.
Inspire, mentor and develop a passionate team of educators.
Ensure ongoing compliance with the National Quality Framework.
Build strong relationships with children, families and the local community.
Drive occupancy growth and continuous quality improvement.
Foster a positive, supportive and collaborative workplace culture.
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous experience leading an early learning centre.
Demonstrates strong leadership and people management skills.
Has a sound understanding of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.
Is passionate about delivering outstanding outcomes for children, families and educators.
Can confidently manage centre operations while inspiring and supporting their team.
