The Ideal Teacher Will

• Hold a Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (mandatory).
• Be accredited through ACECQA (essential) and eligible for QCT registration (desirable).
• Demonstrate experience in delivering play-based, inquiry-driven learning programs.
• Foster a nurturing, inclusive environment that supports the developmental needs of young learners.
• Actively contribute to the College’s pastoral care program, supporting wellbeing and growth.
• Be collaborative, reflective, and passionate about early childhood education.
