We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team in a full-time, permanent position commencing as soon as possible in 2026.

Benefits
  • Salary range: $88,785 to $126,423 per annum

What We're Looking For
To be considered, you will need:
  • A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent recognised qualification)
  • Experience teaching children in an Early Childhood or Primary School setting
  • Current TRBWA registration (or eligibility to obtain registration)
  • A current Working with Children Check (or the ability to obtain one)
You should also demonstrate:
  • Full Australian work rights, or be eligible for employer sponsorship
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education and a belief that every child can thrive
  • A strong understanding of play-based, inquiry-led and developmentally appropriate teaching practices
  • The ability to create engaging, inclusive and nurturing learning environments
  • Strong curriculum knowledge and effective classroom management skills
  • A collaborative approach to working with colleagues, families and the wider community
  • Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility, cultural awareness and a willingness to become part of a close-knit community
Desirable:
  • Experience working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds
  • ESL/EALD teaching experience
  • Experienced teachers and outstanding graduates are encouraged to apply
