Prospero Teaching is proud to be partnering with a well-established early learning service to appoint an experienced Early Childhood Teacher for a full-time, permanent position commencing immediately.

The Opportunity
Join a supportive team of educators in the Kindergarten room (3.5–5 years) where you will:
- Lead a vibrant Kindergarten program for a group of 22 children
- Work alongside two experienced Early Childhood Teachers in a collaborative teaching environment
- Deliver engaging, play-based and inquiry-led learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Support children's school readiness, social-emotional development, and emerging literacy and numeracy skills
- Create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment
- Build strong relationships with families, children, and colleagues
- Contribute to curriculum planning, assessment, and documentation
About You
You are a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Teacher who:
- Holds an approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification
- Demonstrates sound knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Framework
- Has experience working in Kindergarten or Preschool programs
- Brings strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
- Creates engaging learning environments that foster curiosity and confidence
- Values teamwork and enjoys working collaboratively with fellow educators
- Is committed to providing high-quality education and care for young children
