The teaching load may also include:
Opportunity to contribute to French (desirable, not essential)
Literacy support classes
A small component of Religious Education
Potential to grow into VET teaching longer-term
The ideal candidate will:
Hold a relevant secondary teaching qualification (B.Ed. or M.Teach)
Be registered (or eligible to register) with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)
Have experience teaching English and/or Humanities at secondary level
Demonstrate a passion for student learning and a collaborative, student-centred approach
Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current First Aid Certificate
