About the English teaching role:

The school is seeking a qualified English Teacher to deliver Year 11 English (VCE) for Term 3, July 2026.

Responsibilities include:

• Teaching Year 11 VCE English
• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
• Supporting student literacy, analytical writing, and exam preparation
• Contributing to a collaborative English faculty
• Participating in assessment, moderation, and curriculum planning

Requirements

• Secondary teaching qualification (B.Ed, M.Teach, PGCE or equivalent)
• VIT registration or eligibility to obtain
• Strong understanding of VCE English curriculum
• Commitment to student engagement and academic excellence
• Two professional child-related referees
