An independent co-educational school in the Perth metropolitan area is seeking a passionate English Teacher to join their Senior School team from Term 2, 2026.
The successful candidate will teach English across Years 7–12, delivering engaging lessons that develop students’ literacy, critical thinking, and appreciation of literature. Teachers are also expected to contribute to the pastoral care and co-curricular life of the school community.
Teach English across Years 7–12 in line with WA curriculum and WACE requirements
Plan engaging lessons and differentiate for diverse learning needs
Monitor student progress and provide meaningful feedback
Maintain communication with parents and contribute to reporting processes
Participate in pastoral care and co-curricular activities
Bachelor of Education or equivalent teaching qualification
Specialisation in English or Humanities
Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia (TRBWA) registration or eligibility
Strong communication and classroom management skills
