We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic English Teacher to join their team from Term 1, 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for an English educator to thrive in a dynamic, supportive school environment with excellent professional development pathways.
The successful candidate will:
Deliver engaging English lessons using explicit instruction and best practice pedagogy
Foster critical thinking, creativity, and a love of literature and language
Build strong relationships with students and colleagues
Contribute positively to a vibrant and collaborative school community
Be confident teaching across Years 7–12 (experience with VCE English highly regarded)
Recognised teaching qualification specialising in English or related field
Current or eligible VIT registration
Strong knowledge of the Victorian Curriculum for English
Excellent planning, organisation, and classroom management skills
Commitment to inclusive practice and student wellbeing
Supportive leadership and collegial team culture
