Prospero Teaching is working with an independent school in Melbourne’s, just 5 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from the CBD. The school supports highly capable neurodiverse students aged 8–16 who have found it challenging to engage in mainstream education. By focusing on personalised learning, strong relationships, and creative teaching approaches, they re-engage learners in a supportive, stimulating environment.
English teaching role
We are seeking a passionate and adaptable English Teacher to join the team in January 2026. The role involves teaching secondary English, with the option to include Media or another secondary subject. With small class sizes and high staff-to-student ratios, you’ll have the chance to deliver truly individualised learning and make a lasting impact.

What will you need to apply for this English teaching role?
Hold current VIT registration (or be eligible to transfer from interstate/overseas)
Experienced in teaching secondary English (ability to teach Media or another subject is desirable)
Skilled in differentiating learning for students with ASD, ADHD, and other diverse needs
Creative, resilient, and relationship-focused in your teaching approach
