The opportunity
Join a collaborative and passionate Languages Faculty where you will:
- Teach French across secondary year levels
- Deliver engaging and contemporary French language programs
- Develop students' confidence across speaking, listening, reading, and writing
- Foster an appreciation of French language, culture, and global perspectives
- Create inclusive and differentiated lessons that cater to a range of abilities
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and faculty initiatives
- Build positive relationships with students and contribute to a supportive learning environment
- Participate in the wider academic and co-curricular life of the school
About you
You are a passionate and engaging French educator who:
- Holds recognised secondary teaching qualifications
- Is NESA accredited or eligible for accreditation
- Has experience teaching French within a secondary school environment
- Demonstrates strong French language proficiency
- Has a sound understanding of the NSW curriculum
- Delivers creative, engaging, and student-centred learning experiences
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Builds positive relationships with students and colleagues
- Thrives within a collaborative and culturally diverse school environment
- Is available to commence in Term 4, 2026
