About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a Geography Teacher to join the school on a full-time fixed-term contract for Term 4, 2025, with the potential for extension into 2026.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver engaging and challenging Geography lessons across Years 7–12 (including VCE)

• Contribute to curriculum development and innovative teaching practices

• Support students’ academic growth and wellbeing through a student-focused approach

• Be an active member of the wider school community

Skills and Experience

• Experience teaching Geography (VCE experience highly desirable)

• Strong ability to inspire curiosity and critical thinking in students

• Commitment to inclusive education and diverse learner needs

• Collaborative and reflective teaching approach

• Willingness to engage in the co-curricular life of the school

You Must

• Hold current VIT registration (or be eligible prior to commencement)

• Hold relevant tertiary qualifications in Education and your teaching methods

• Have full working rights in Australia

• Be committed to child safety and student wellbeing
