ABOUT THE ROLE – GEOGRAPHY TEACHER (YEARS 7–12)

We are seeking a dedicated and innovative educator who:

• Has strong curriculum knowledge across the Victorian Geography curriculum (Years 7–12)

• Delivers engaging, inquiry-based lessons that foster global awareness and critical thinking

• Uses a variety of teaching strategies and technology to differentiate learning

• Encourages environmental stewardship and sustainability education

• Collaborates effectively with colleagues to design meaningful learning experiences

• Embraces the College’s vision of developing learners to shape their world

REQUIREMENTS TO TEACH GEOGRAPHY AT THIS SCHOOL:

To be successful in this Geography teaching role, you will have:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Geography/Education

• VIT registration (or eligibility to obtain)

• Experience teaching secondary students, ideally across Years 7–12

• A passion for fostering curiosity and a global perspective in students

• Full Australian working rights or WHV
