Prospero Teaching is supporting a prestigious and high-achieving independent Catholic school in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs in their search for a passionate and skilled Humanities Teacher to join their team for a full-time fixed-term position in Term 3, 2025.

In this role, the successful candidate will:
Teach Year 11 Modern History, Year 10 History, and two Year 9 Geography classes
Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons
Participate in faculty planning and assessment
Engage in broader school life, including pastoral and co-curricular activities

A recognised teaching qualification (B.Ed or M.Teach – Secondary)
Current or pending VIT registration
Experience teaching Humanities at the secondary level
Commitment to child safety and inclusive teaching practices
Availability for the full duration of Term 3 (July–September 2025)
