Prospero Teaching is proud to be partnering with a large, inclusive, and community‑driven secondary school to appoint a passionate Inclusive Practices Teacher for a full‑time permanent role.

This Years 7–12 government school supports approximately 1,800 students and is widely recognised for its strong commitment to equity, diversity, and personalised learning. The school prioritises student wellbeing, differentiated learning, and inclusive education pathways.

The Opportunity
Join a highly supportive and student-focused Inclusion team where you will:
  • Support students with diverse learning needs across Years 7–12
  • Deliver targeted intervention and differentiated learning programs
  • Collaborate with teachers to implement inclusive classroom strategies
  • Develop and monitor Individual Curriculum Plans (ICPs)
  • Work closely with families, support staff, and external agencies
  • Contribute to a culture of equity, inclusion, and student empowerment
About You
You are a compassionate and skilled Inclusive Practices educator who:
  • Holds relevant teaching qualifications
  • Is QCT registered (or eligible)
  • Has experience supporting students with learning, behavioural, or developmental needs
  • Demonstrates strong communication, collaboration, and case management skills
  • Thrives in a diverse, fast-paced, and supportive environment
  • (Optional) Has experience with EAL/D learners, disability support, or behaviour intervention
