Prospero Teaching is proud to be partnering with a highly regarded independent school and Early Learning Centre to appoint an experienced and passionate Lead Educator / Room Educator for a full-time ongoing position.
This is an exciting opportunity for an early childhood professional who is passionate about providing high-quality educational experiences and is looking to step into a leadership-focused role within a supportive and well-resourced learning environment.
The Opportunity
Join a dedicated Early Learning team where you will:
- Lead and support the delivery of high-quality early childhood programs
- Create engaging, play-based learning experiences for young learners
- Foster strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs
- Mentor and guide educators within the room environment
- Promote children's wellbeing, development, and sense of belonging
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
- Contribute to a collaborative and positive team culture
About You
You are a passionate and experienced early childhood educator who:
- Holds relevant Early Childhood qualifications (Diploma or Bachelor qualified preferred)
- Has demonstrated experience within an Early Learning or Kindergarten setting
- Brings leadership experience as a Lead Educator, Room Leader, or similar position
- Has strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Builds positive and professional relationships with families and colleagues
- Demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills
- Is committed to ongoing professional growth and continuous improvement
- Creates engaging and inclusive learning experiences that support every child's development
