Prospero Teaching is currently partnering with a welcoming and community-focused secondary school in Regional Victoria to recruit a passionate Learning Diversity Teacher for a Term 3, 2026 commencement.

About the Role
The school is seeking a compassionate and student-centred Learning Diversity Teacher who is committed to supporting students with a range of learning needs across secondary year levels. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with classroom teachers, leadership and wellbeing teams to ensure students are supported both academically and socially.
Responsibilities may include:
• Supporting students with additional learning needs across Years 7–12
• Developing and implementing personalised learning plans
• Working collaboratively with teachers to differentiate curriculum and assessments
• Supporting literacy and numeracy intervention strategies
• Building strong relationships with students, families and external supports
• Contributing to an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Requirements:
• Recognised teaching qualification (Bachelor of Education, Master of Teaching, PGCE or equivalent)
• Eligible for or willing to obtain Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration
• Experience or interest in Learning Diversity, Inclusion or Special Education
• Full Australian working rights or openness to sponsorship opportunities where applicable
• Ability to provide professional teaching references
