Prospero Teaching is partnering with a well-regarded faith-based P–12 college in Melbourne's West to recruit a passionate and dedicated Learning Enrichment Teacher to support Junior/Primary years. About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated Learning Enrichment Teacher for Junior/Primary Years.

The Learning Enrichment Teacher will work collaboratively alongside classroom teachers to model, lead, and support the implementation of exemplary literacy and numeracy programs in the primary years of schooling.

The role will involve:

• Working in partnership with classroom teachers to support differentiated learning programs
• Providing targeted support for students with specific learning difficulties
• Supporting and extending students with high intellectual potential
• Assisting in the development and implementation of intervention and enrichment programs
• Modelling best practice in literacy and numeracy instruction
• Supporting teachers with strategies for behaviour and learning engagement
• Contributing to a collaborative and student-focused learning environment

This is a key role in ensuring all students are supported to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.

Requirements

• Teaching qualification (B.Ed, M.Teach or equivalent)
• VIT registration or eligibility to obtain
• Experience in primary education and/or learning support preferred
• Strong understanding of differentiated learning strategies
• Ability to support students with diverse learning needs
• Commitment to inclusive education and student wellbeing
• Two professional referees from most recent employer
