This position of Leadership offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of Mathematics education within a dynamic and supportive school community.
As Learning Leader – Mathematics, you will:
Lead curriculum design, implementation, and evaluation across Years 7–12.
Oversee contemporary, engaging, and rigorous Mathematics programs aligned with VCAA standards and Padua’s Learning and Teaching Framework.
Mentor and inspire a large team of Mathematics teachers, fostering excellence in pedagogy and student engagement.
Collaborate with College-wide leadership, other Learning Leaders, and the Learning Enhancement team to drive innovative teaching practices and cross-curricular initiatives.
Analyse student performance data to inform learning programs and enhance outcomes.
Ensure courses are differentiated, culturally responsive, and future-focused.
Contribute to whole-school initiatives, curriculum reviews, and professional learning programs.

Proven experience in leadership or curriculum coordination in Mathematics.
Strong knowledge of contemporary pedagogy, assessment design, and student learning frameworks.
Energy, vision, and commitment to high-quality teaching and student success.
Experience managing a larger faculty, mentoring staff, and contributing to whole-school initiatives.
Appointment: 1-year term, commencing 2026
Entitlements: As per Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2022
Mandatory: OHS training, compliance with Child Safety policies, and CECV accreditation or progress toward Accreditation to Teach in a Catholic school
