We are seeking an experienced Lower Primary Teacher with Montessori expertise to join our vibrant team.
The Role:
As a Lower Primary Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons in a Montessori 3–6 or 6–9 environment.
- Create a prepared, child-centered classroom that fosters independence, curiosity, and self-motivation.
- Observe, assess, and support each child’s academic, social, and emotional growth.
- Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop and enhance the curriculum and school programs.
- Uphold high standards of Montessori pedagogy and classroom practice.
We’re Looking For:
- NESA-approved Primary Teaching qualification.
- Montessori Diploma (3–6 or 6–12) with hands-on classroom experience.
- Proven experience in lower primary education within a Montessori setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and Montessori philosophy.
- Excellent classroom management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Collaborative, reflective, and professional approach.
- NSW Working with Children Check or eligibility to obtain one.
