This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished Mathematics educator who is passionate about curriculum leadership, building high-performing teams, and driving outstanding student outcomes across Years 7–12.
The successful candidate will lead the Mathematics faculty, working closely with the executive leadership team to further develop a culture of academic excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and mentoring the Mathematics teaching team
Driving excellence in teaching and learning across Years 7–12
Supporting curriculum planning and implementation aligned with the NSW Curriculum
Monitoring student achievement data and implementing strategies for continuous improvement
Promoting evidence-based teaching practices and effective assessment strategies
Contributing to the wider life of the school through co-curricular and community initiatives
The school is seeking a leader who:
Has substantial experience teaching Mathematics across secondary year levels
Demonstrates proven leadership or faculty coordination experience
Has a strong understanding of the NSW Curriculum and senior Mathematics courses
Is passionate about mentoring and developing other teachers
Builds positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues
Has excellent communication and organisational skills
Holds current NESA accreditation or is eligible to teach in New South Wales
