We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Mathematics Teacher capable of teaching General Mathematics and Mathematical Methods at the senior secondary level.
The successful candidate will:
Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons in General Mathematics and Mathematical Methods
Support students in developing strong analytical, problem‑solving, and mathematical reasoning skills
Prepare senior students for internal and external assessment requirements
Create differentiated learning experiences that cater to diverse abilities
Contribute to the broader life of the college, including co‑curricular and pastoral programs
Work collaboratively within a high-performing Mathematics faculty

Teach General Mathematics and Mathematical Methods in line with QCAA requirements
Develop high-quality units of work and assessment tasks
Use data to inform teaching practice and support student progress
Provide meaningful feedback to students and parents
Participate in school events, staff development, and community initiatives
Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom culture
Current Queensland teacher registration or eligibility to obtain registration
Experience teaching senior Mathematics, including General and/or Methods
Strong understanding of QCAA curriculum and assessment
Ability to build rapport with students and inspire confidence in Mathematics
Commitment to professional growth and collaborative practice
Willingness to contribute to the pastoral and co-curricular life of the school
