Prospero Teaching is partnering with a supportive secondary school in the Wyndham region to recruit an innovative and motivated educator for a unique hybrid role combining classroom teaching and targeted student support/tutoring. This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about improving student outcomes both inside and outside the classroom.

This role is split across two key areas:
Teaching Mathematics across Years 7–10
Delivering structured, engaging, and differentiated lessons
Supporting students to build numeracy confidence and mastery
Using data to inform teaching and track progress
Working collaboratively within the Mathematics faculty
Providing targeted small-group or 1:1 tuition support
Running intervention programs to lift student attainment
Supporting students who require additional academic assistance
Working closely with teaching staff to identify learning gaps
Tracking and reporting on student progress and improvement

Secondary teaching qualification (B.Ed, PGCE, M.Teach or equivalent)
Ability to teach Mathematics to junior secondary level
Experience or interest in student intervention/tutoring highly desirable
Eligible for or willing to obtain VIT registration
Full Australian working rights or eligibility for sponsorship
Two professional child-related referees
