MATHS TEACHER – SECONDARY (YEARS 7–10)

Prospero Teaching is proud to be working in partnership with a Catholic secondary college for boys in Melbourne’s northeast. The College is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Mathematics Teacher to join its dedicated learning community from Term 3, 2025.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to excellence in boys’ education and the development of young men within a Catholic learning environment.
Teach Mathematics across Years 7–10 (opportunity to teach VCE Maths classes depending on experience and interest)
Promote academic excellence through engaging, evidence-based pedagogical practices
Contribute actively to the life of the College, including participation in co-curricular programs
Model and uphold the Catholic ethos and Marist values of the school community
Hold a recognised secondary teaching qualification (e.g. B.Ed or M.Teach)
Be registered or eligible for registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)
Demonstrate a deep understanding of curriculum, assessment, and differentiation in Mathematics
Be an excellent communicator and team player with a collaborative approach to professional learning
Support the mission and vision of Catholic education and the holistic development of students
