About the Role
Prospero Teaching is partnering with a leading independent co-educational secondary school in Sydney, seeking a passionate Maths Teacher (Years 7–12) to join their dedicated team. The school caters to approximately 900 students across Years 7–12 and has a committed staff of around 120 teachers and support staff.

The Maths Teaching Role
Full-time timetable:

• Teach Years 7–12, delivering engaging and rigorous Maths lessons aligned with the NSW Curriculum
• Foster student achievement, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Contribute to co-curricular programs and school initiatives that enhance student learning
• Collaborate with a professional and supportive team to create a positive learning environment

The Ideal Maths Teacher Will Have:

• Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics and the NSW Curriculum
• A passion for inspiring students and supporting their academic growth
• Confidence in using explicit instruction, differentiation, and formative assessment strategies
• Excellent classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills
• Current NESA accreditation or eligibility to teach in NSW
