Key Responsibilities
As a Mathematics Teacher, you will be an integral part of a collaborative and innovative faculty. Your role will involve:
- Teaching Mathematics to Years 7–10
- Delivering engaging and dynamic lessons that inspire confidence, curiosity, and strong numeracy skills
- Contributing to high-quality curriculum delivery, with an emphasis on strong VCE outcomes
- Supporting students to develop problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Working alongside 90 other staff members, meeting the needs of a diverse student body
- Contributing to the school’s co-curricular program and supporting school-wide initiatives
About You
We are looking for a passionate and driven Mathematics Teacher who:
- Holds relevant teaching qualifications and is VIT registered (or eligible)
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management and engagement skills
- Brings energy, structure, and enthusiasm to teaching
- Thrives in a collaborative and supportive teaching environment
- Is committed to student well-being and the broader school community
Salary Scale
Salaries for this position are aligned with the Victorian Government Schools Agreement and will be based on your level of experience:
$84,744.80 including super - $139,205.92 including super, all dependent on experience.
