The opportunity

You will join a supportive and collaborative Mathematics faculty where you will:

• Teach Mathematics across Years 7–12, depending on experience and expertise
• Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons aligned with the NSW Curriculum
• Develop students' confidence, problem-solving skills, and mathematical understanding
• Support students across a range of abilities and learning needs
• Assess and monitor student progress and provide meaningful feedback
• Maintain high expectations for student achievement and classroom engagement
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning, assessment, and faculty initiatives
• Build strong and positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues
• Contribute to the broader academic, pastoral, and co-curricular life of the school

About you

You are a passionate and committed Mathematics educator who:

• Holds recognised secondary teaching qualifications
• Is NESA accredited or eligible for accreditation
• Has experience teaching Mathematics within a secondary setting
• Demonstrates strong curriculum knowledge and classroom management skills
• Can engage and support students across a range of mathematical abilities
• Maintains high expectations for student learning and achievement
• Works effectively within a collaborative and professional teaching team
• Is committed to continuous professional learning and development
• Is supportive of and able to contribute positively to the Catholic values and ethos of the school
