The Ideal Teacher Will:
- Be a qualified and registered teacher (or eligible for QCT registration)
- Have experience teaching Middle Years curriculum (Years 7–8)
- Demonstrate effective classroom and behaviour management strategies
- Support the school’s Christian ethos and inclusive philosophy
- Work collaboratively and contribute to a positive staff culture
