About the Role

The college is seeking a flexible and committed Primary Teacher who is confident working across the P–6 year levels.

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver engaging and structured lessons across the primary curriculum
• Plan and implement differentiated learning to meet diverse student needs
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
• Build strong relationships with students, staff, and the wider school community
• Contribute to team planning, school initiatives, and ongoing student development

This role may involve teaching across different year levels, so flexibility and adaptability are key.

Requirements

• Primary teaching qualification (B.Ed, M.Teach or equivalent)
• VIT registration or eligibility to obtain
• Ability to teach across P–6 (or willingness to be flexible)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Commitment to student wellbeing and inclusive education
• Two professional referees from your most recent employer
