Prospero Teaching is working in partnership with a growing independent school in Melbourne’s Northern Suburbs to recruit a qualified and values-aligned Primary Teacher for Term 1, 2026.

The school is committed to providing high-quality education across Foundation to Year 6, fostering curiosity, creativity, and strong foundational skills in literacy and numeracy.
Teach across Foundation to Year 6 (year level placement based on experience)
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with the Victorian Curriculum
Support students with diverse learning needs, including EAL and additional learning support
Foster positive relationships with students, colleagues, and families
Actively participate in school life, including co-curricular activities, excursions, and camps
Recognised Primary Teaching qualification (B.Ed or M.Teach – Primary)
Current or pending registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)
Commitment to child safety and inclusive practices
Willingness to support and respect the school’s values-based ethos
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Work in a values-driven, supportive school environment
