About the Role

The school is seeking a Primary Teacher (P–6) to join their team on a full-time basis for Semester 2 (Terms 3 and 4), commencing in Term 3.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering engaging and structured lessons across the primary curriculum
• Planning and implementing differentiated learning to support diverse student needs
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
• Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing clear and constructive feedback
• Building strong relationships with students, staff, and the wider school community
• Contributing to team planning, curriculum development, and school initiatives

The role may involve teaching a specific year level or flexibility across P–6 depending on the needs of the school.

Requirements

• Primary teaching qualification (B.Ed, M.Teach or equivalent)
• VIT registration or eligibility to obtain
• Ability to teach across P–6 (or willingness to be flexible)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Commitment to student wellbeing and inclusive education
• Two professional child-related referees
