Prospero Teaching are partnered with a community-focused Catholic primary school is located in Melbournes, Sunbury region seeking a primary teacher for Term 3. With approximately 300 students and 50 staff, the school offers a warm and inclusive environment where strong relationships with families and the wider community are highly valued.

The role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and nurturing Primary Teacher to teach a Year 1/2 class for a short-term contract during the second half of Term 3. The successful candidate will:
Deliver engaging and student-centred learning experiences for Years 1 & 2 students
Foster a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment
Build strong relationships with students, parents and colleagues
Support student wellbeing and learning growth
Work collaboratively within a welcoming and supportive staff team
Contribute positively to the wider school community
VIT registration or eligibility to teach in Victoria
Relevant teaching qualification in Primary Education
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Passion for creating engaging and supportive learning environments
Openness to supporting the values and ethos of the school
Supportive and collaborative leadership team
Strong staff culture and welcoming school community
