The opportunity As Principal, you will provide visionary leadership to foster a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous improvement across all aspects of school life. Key responsibilities include:
Leading the school's strategic direction in alignment with Catholic values and educational priorities
Promoting a strong culture of faith, learning, wellbeing, and community
Supporting and developing high-performing teaching and support staff
Driving excellence in teaching, learning, and student achievement
Building positive partnerships with students, families, parish members, and the wider community
Managing school operations, resources, and compliance requirements effectively

About you You are an inspiring and collaborative leader who:
Holds relevant teaching qualifications and postgraduate leadership qualifications or equivalent experience
Is accredited with NESA and holds appropriate leadership accreditation
Has demonstrated success in educational leadership within a primary school setting
Possesses a strong understanding of contemporary teaching and learning practices
Has experience leading and developing staff to achieve outstanding outcomes
Demonstrates excellent communication, relationship-building, and community engagement skills
Is committed to student wellbeing, inclusion, and academic excellence
Actively supports and promotes the Catholic mission and values of the school
