The opportunity This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced and inspirational educational leader to:
Lead the strategic vision and daily operations of the school
Foster and strengthen the Catholic identity and mission of the school community
Promote a culture of academic excellence, wellbeing, and continuous improvement
Build meaningful partnerships with students, families, parish members, and the wider community
Lead and develop a dedicated team of teachers and support staff
Drive evidence-based teaching and learning initiatives that improve student outcomes
Support the spiritual, pastoral, and educational development of all students
Manage school resources effectively to achieve strategic and educational goals
Ensure compliance with all legislative, educational, and safeguarding requirements
About you The successful candidate will:
Hold recognised teaching qualifications and current NESA accreditation
Be eligible for accreditation within the Catholic school system
Be a practising Catholic with a strong commitment to Catholic education
Have demonstrated leadership experience in a school setting
Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Demonstrate a proven ability to lead school improvement and drive positive student outcomes
Be committed to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and faith-filled learning environment
Have the vision, resilience, and leadership capability to inspire a thriving school community
