The successful Religious Studies teacher will work directly to the Assistant Principal responsible for the Catholic dimension of the school and will play a key role as part of the College Leadership Team.
Religious Studies teacher, responsibilities - Teach and inspire the Religious Education department, ensuring delivery of high-quality Catholic education.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies aligned with the school's mission and values.
- Collaborate with the College Leadership Team to enhance students’ spiritual, academic, and personal growth.
- Oversee curriculum, assessment, and pastoral care within the department.
- Provide professional guidance and development opportunities to teaching staff.
Religious studies teacher requirements - Active and practicing Catholic with a strong commitment to Catholic education.
- Qualifications and experience in Religious Education within a Catholic school context.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire staff and students.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to working within a dynamic leadership team.
