Prospero Teaching is currently recruiting for a passionate Secondary Science Teacher to join a welcoming school community in Melbourne’s northern suburbs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who enjoys creating engaging, hands-on Science lessons and building strong relationships with junior secondary students. The role will primarily focus on teaching Science across Years 7–10 within a supportive and collaborative school environment.

The Role

• Full-time ongoing position commencing Term 1, 2026
• Teach Science across Years 7–10
• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons
• Foster positive classroom environments focused on student wellbeing and achievement
• Collaborate closely with an experienced and supportive teaching team

You Must

• Hold current VIT registration (or be eligible)
• Hold relevant teaching qualifications
• Have full Australian working rights
• Be committed to child safety and inclusive education practices
• Be available to commence Term 3, 2026
