About the Science teaching role:
We are seeking a passionate Science educator who can:
• Deliver engaging Science lessons across Years 7–10
• Use explicit instruction, practical experiments, and formative assessment to support student progress
• Differentiate learning for a wide range of abilities, including EAL and diverse learners
• Integrate digital technologies and inquiry-based learning approaches
• Foster curiosity and critical thinking across key Science disciplines
• Build positive relationships and contribute to a respectful, inclusive learning environment
Requirements
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Science or Education (with a Science specialism)
• VIT registration (or eligibility)
• Commitment to inclusive education practices
• Willingness to contribute to faculty programs and co-curricular activities
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
