As the Secondary Inclusive Education Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting and advocating for students with diverse learning needs. Working closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals, you’ll ensure that every student has the opportunity to thrive.
Coordinate and deliver targeted support programs for students with specific learning needs.
Lead the development of ISPs and ICPs and contribute to NCCD processes.
Provide classroom teachers with pedagogical support and professional learning.
Liaise with therapists, psychologists, and other specialists.
Foster a culture of inclusion and respect, aligned with the school’s Christian values.
Actively contribute to student wellbeing, behaviour support, and co-curricular involvement.
Holds a Bachelor of Education and is registered (or eligible for registration) with the QCT.
Has (or is working toward) postgraduate qualifications in Special or Inclusive Education.
Demonstrates strong knowledge of inclusive education legislation and NCCD requirements.
Possesses exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Models the Christian ethos of the College in word and action.
Is reflective, collaborative, and committed to professional growth.
