Secondary Teachers Needed – Queensland Opportunities (Metro & Regional)
  • Start date: Immediate, Term 3 and beyond
  • Permanent and Fixed-term contracts available
  • Queensland (Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Cairns, Townsville & regional QLD)
  • $85,000 - $130,000 + relocation support (select roles), potential accommodation assistance, career development pathways
  • Sponsorship may be considered (role dependent)

The Opportunities
In these Queensland Secondary School roles, you will:
  • Teach across Years 7–12 in your subject specialism
  • Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned and student-focused lessons
  • Support both academic progress and student wellbeing
  • Contribute to positive school culture and extracurricular programs
  • Work collaboratively within supportive faculty and whole-school teams
  • Engage with diverse student cohorts across metro and/or regional communities

About You
You are a motivated Secondary Teacher who:
  • Holds a relevant Secondary Teaching qualification
  • Is registered (or eligible for registration) with QCT
  • Has strong classroom management and student engagement skills
  • Is confident teaching within your subject area (e.g. English, Maths, Science, Humanities, HPE, Technologies, Arts, etc.)
  • Brings energy, structure, and adaptability to different learning environments
  • Enjoys working collaboratively within dynamic school communities
