Prospero Teaching is proud to be partnering with a thriving Lutheran primary school in the South Burnett region to appoint a passionate Music and/or Drama and/or Dance and/or Technologies Teacher for a full‑time permanent role commencing in Term 1,2027.
This Prep–Year 9 (growing to Year 10) co‑educational school is known for its warm Christian community, strong pastoral care, and commitment to nurturing the whole child. The Opportunity Join a creative, collaborative, and well‑resourced teaching team where you will:
Teach Music, Drama, Dance, and/or Technologies depending on your strengths
Deliver engaging, student‑centred and practical lessons
Inspire creativity, confidence, and artistic expression
Contribute to school productions, performances, chapel services, and community events
Support the development of digital technologies and design thinking (if applicable)
Work collaboratively with colleagues on planning, assessment, and curriculum development
Foster a safe, inclusive, and values‑driven learning environment
About You You are a dynamic and enthusiastic Arts and/or Technologies educator who:
Holds relevant teaching qualifications
Is QCT registered (or eligible)
Demonstrates strong classroom management and student engagement
Brings creativity, structure, and a passion for the Arts and/or Technologies
Thrives in a faith‑based, community‑focused school environment
(Optional) Has experience leading choirs, ensembles, dance groups, or school productions
(Optional) Has experience with Digital Technologies, Design, or STEM
