Prospero teaching is partnering with a well-respected secondary school in Mount Gambier, one of South Australia’s largest and most vibrant regional centres. The school has a strong focus on inclusion, student wellbeing and culturally responsive education, and is seeking a committed leader to drive tailored learning and Aboriginal education initiatives across the school.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced educator or middle leader to step into a strategic senior leadership role that directly supports student growth, equity and community engagement.

Essential skills and experience

  • Qualification in education with current or eligible SA teacher registration (TRB SA)

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in tailored learning, inclusion, Aboriginal education or student support

  • Strong understanding of differentiated practice, intervention models and literacy improvement

  • Ability to build respectful relationships with Aboriginal students, families and community stakeholders

  • Proven capability in staff leadership, coaching and collaborative practice

  • Excellent communication, cultural competency and organisational skills

Requirements to apply

  • Eligibility for South Australian teacher registration (TRB SA)
